The Treble Revit plugin is live

BIM integration for acoustics has officially arrived.

The Treble Revit Plugin is live

The Treble Revit Plugin is now available, enabling a direct connection between Revit and the Treble Web Application. With a single click, project geometry can move from BIM to acoustic simulation without manual exports, rework, or intermediate file handling.

This release focuses on removing friction where it matters most in building design workflows.

From BIM to acoustics without detours

Acoustic analysis has traditionally required time-consuming model cleanup, repeated exports, and extensive back and forth between architects and consultants. The Treble Revit Plugin changes this by making acoustic simulation a natural extension of the BIM workflow.

Built for real world BIM models

Large and complex BIM models are the norm, not the exception. The Treble Revit Plugin is built on Treble’s automated geometry processing pipeline, ensuring that even detailed Revit projects can be transferred efficiently into simulations that are robust and ready to run.

The result is fewer exports and imports, better usability, and a workflow that supports early-stage analysis as well as detailed design phases.

A step forward for acoustic and AV workflows

This release marks an important step toward more integrated acoustic and AV workflows in the building sector. By connecting BIM directly with high fidelity, cloud based acoustic simulation, teams gain faster iteration cycles, clearer communication across disciplines, and more time to focus on analysis and design quality.

We are excited to put this into the hands of the acoustics and AEC community and look forward to feedback as we continue refining and expanding BIM based workflows in Treble.

The Treble Revit Plugin is available now on the Autodesk App Store.

Warner Theatre Rehearsal Hall - Acentech Case Study

This study helped to refine Acentech's understanding of the performance of the ceiling system, which absorbs sound quite effectively at most frequencies, and contributes valuable reflections for ensemble intelligibility. Treble helped Acentech to translate between measurements of room decay times and up-close mockup measurements to create a coherent analysis and understanding.
